WRAPP 01

WRAPP01 is an automatic orbital wrapping machine designed for the peripheral wrapping of toroidal coils. By combining rotation of the coil on motorised rollers with the movement of a ring guiding film or paper, it provides complete, uniform coverage. Fully configurable (speed, tension, overlap) and adaptable to various formats, this easy-to-use machine makes packaging safer while reducing strenuous work for operators.

Technical specifications

The WRAPP01 automatically wraps the perimeter of a coil using a protective consumable.

The coil is rotated on motorised rollers while a ring passes the consumable through its inner diameter. The combination of these two movements gradually covers the entire circumference of the coil.

The speed, tension and overlap settings allow the cycle to be adapted to the coil format and the desired level of coverage.

Operating procedure / Operation

1 - Loading the coil	Position the coil on the machine rollers and adjust the rollers
2 - Installing the consumable	Install the roll of film or paper on the dispensing system
3 - Setting the cycle	Configure the cycle from the interface
4 - Starting the wrapping process	The rotating ring passes the consumable inside and outside the coil
5 - Covering the coil	The combined rotations distribute the consumable over the entire circumference
6 - End of cycle	The coil is wrapped and can be removed from the machine
