Box-Up – Unwinding gantry
Equipment for storing wires in an organised, straightforward way. The unwinding gantry adapts to your workshop and helps optimise its layout. It also saves time by keeping wires organised and ready for production.
Roll Run – Reel-unwinding trolley
The Mecaspin reel-unwinder range includes several trolley sizes. The units are laser-cut from 8 mm steel plate and deliberately oversized to support a wide range of loads and reels. They can be mounted on castors or fixed directly to the floor.
WireFlow 24 – Wire sorter
The wire sorter provides fast, reliable and accurate automatic selection of the electrical wires and cables to be processed by the pre-wiring machine. It is compatible with wire dispensers and box-type systems and can select from 24 different wire types without selection errors.

Sheath Guide – Conduit guide sleeves
The conduit guide sleeve directs the different conduits from their reels to the pre-wiring machine for efficient feeding. Sleeves can be installed under tables or behind shelving depending on the workshop layout.
DeviDrive – Conduit reels
The Mecaspin conduit reel ensures smooth conduit feeding into the pre-wiring machine. It simplifies unwinding operations and helps prevent uncontrolled run-off. Reel changes are quick and straightforward, while cylinder-and-strap braking provides a durable solution.
