Features
The MS04 is an automatic, industrial and modular sheath pre-wiring machine. It inserts and measures electrical wires, cuts wires and conduit, prints labels and coils pre-wired conduit. It can also prepare and coil sleeved PEX pipe.
The machine accepts conduit diameters of 16, 20, 25, 32 and 40 mm and features a magazine providing access to 24 wire types. It reaches a maximum pre-wiring and coiling speed of 3 m/s, with pre-wiring lengths up to 40 metres.
Its 19-inch touchscreen is used to control settings and production cycles. The MS04 can operate from files generated by specialist software, Excel files or manual input. Optional sorting, shuttle and labelling modules increase the level of automation according to workshop requirements.

The MS04 combines pre-wiring, measurement, cutting, labelling and coiling on a single machine. It reduces repetitive handling and makes it easier to process conduits in sequence.
02. A production rate suited to industrial output
With a pre-wiring speed of up to 3 m/s, the MS04 meets the needs of workshops handling large volumes. Under the optimum conditions stated by Mecaspin, the reference cycle for a 20-metre conduit is approximately 29 seconds, giving a theoretical output close to 124 conduits per hour.
03. A modular and scalable configuration
The machine handles 24 wire types and five conduit diameters. It can be supplemented with a wire sorter, shuttle or automatic labelling module and interfaced with different production-preparation software packages.
