The MS03 is an automated industrial pre-wiring machine for inserting electrical wires, cutting to length, cutting, printing labels and coiling pre-wired conduit. It can also cut cables and tubes to length. The machine is primarily intended for producing electrical, hydraulic and tertiary wiring harnesses. It supports professionals with conduit pre-wiring and cable cutting for cross-sections up to 2 x 35 mm² and lengths up to 70 m.
Built on a 200 x 130 x 160 cm welded frame, the MS03 is compact and fits workshops of all sizes. Its integrated touchscreen and HMI make operation fast and intuitive.
The machine is automatic: tools are changed automatically, production files can be read automatically, the covers open when a wire change is required, and the label is printed directly at the end of the cycle.

The MS03 anti-jam system detects the onset of wire jams. It continuously monitors for wire jamming at the nozzle inlets. As soon as a jam is detected, the machine stops the pre-wiring operation and blocks the cycle. Its very fast response time prevents the jam from worsening and helps avoid further complications. The touchscreen then guides the operator through repositioning the electrical wires and restarting the cycle. Within a few seconds, the machine is ready to resume production.
Operating procedure / Operation

| 3 | Start the automatic production cycle |
| 4 | Retrieve the produced conduit and apply the corresponding label |
| 5 | The machine automatically moves to the next conduit according to the loaded file |
| 6 | Change the wires manually if the conduit composition changes |
