The installation of a second line, which the teams quickly mastered, now makes it possible to absorb the increase in orders, distribute workloads more effectively and secure delivery times. This new organisation greatly reduces the use of night shifts while maintaining a high level of industrial performance.

Background and requirements
The client, which has specialised in manufacturing electrical wiring harnesses for several years, was already using an MS03 machine. This machine had already enabled the company to become more competitive, improve its production rates and expand its market. In order to continue meeting customer demand while improving the teams’ working conditions, the company wanted to invest in a second production line so that night shifts could gradually be eliminated.
The solution implemented
The client chose to integrate a second MS03 machine in order to increase production capacity and distribute workloads more efficiently throughout the workshop. Because the operators had fully mastered the first installation, the new machine was commissioned quickly and was operational immediately.
This second pre-wiring line can now absorb the increase in orders, streamline production and secure delivery times. The company is also improving team comfort by greatly reducing the use of night shifts while maintaining a high level of industrial performance.
