The sheath guide tube guides and directs the different sheaths from the reels to the pre-wiring machine.
The installation consists of a cable route made up of floor-mounted hangers and guide tubes. Depending on the project, it can include anything from one to several dozen guide tubes to feed different sheaths into the machine.
To guarantee optimum, consistent pre-wiring, the guide tubes must meet precise installation criteria. Their height, distance from the machine, gradients and bend radii are carefully defined according to the installation configuration.

Technical specifications
Installing guide tubes creates a conduit system connecting the reels and pneumatic brake lines to the pre-wiring unit. It ensures smooth sheath travel over long distances. Depending on the project, an installation can include up to around ten conduits.
