The Mecaspin electrical wire dispenser is an automatic unit pneumatically connected to the pre-wiring machine. Compatible with all Mecaspin pre-wiring machines, it consists of 12 drums arranged on two racks of six and can accommodate up to 12 different spools.

Each drum supports a spool weighing up to 30 kg, with a maximum outer diameter of 450 mm and an adjustable inner diameter from 80 to 150 mm. One-handed adjustment using three fingers centres the spool. The system achieves a maximum pre-wiring speed of 3 m/s, with acceleration of 1 m/s². Its cylinder-and-strap braking system provides rapid stopping, while mounting on cast-iron bearings and ball bearings promotes smooth unwinding.

The rack can be installed in a position aligned with or perpendicular to the pre-wiring machine to suit the workshop layout.
