Background and requirements

The client wanted to mark and identify its cables at high speed, with uniform and consistent marking along their entire length. The module also had to be capable of being integrated directly into its existing cable-cutting machine. The objective was to develop a new prefabrication activity for a demanding customer specialising in the manufacture of modular buildings and chalets.

The solution implemented

The client chose to integrate a CabInk module adapted to its existing cutting line. The solution makes it possible to mark cables directly during production, quickly and uniformly along their entire length. This integration enables the client to meet its customer’s identification requirements and enter this new prefabrication market.
