CabInk
This welded module, specially designed to fit our MS03 pre-wiring machine, incorporates a high-quality inkjet printhead. The module has a dedicated touchscreen that makes it easy to use. It also includes an automatic printhead cleaning system to ensure minimal maintenance and maximum efficiency. For greater reliability, the module is equipped with a battery backup power supply, ensuring continuity of service even in the event of a power cut.

CabInk is a compact welded module dedicated to inkjet printing identification nomenclatures directly on cables.
The CabInk module is designed to be integrated into an existing machine or installed on a workbench for manual operation. The module is equipped with a Keyence MK-G inkjet printing unit and a control touchscreen.
The operator manually inserts the cable into the module, where it is guided and held in the printing axis. When the cable is pulled, the system automatically detects the movement and starts printing. CabInk can print alphanumeric information such as references, identifiers or project data. CabInk improves cable traceability while reducing the risk of error and increasing productivity.
