Rubbox is a station for identifying and marking sheaths on junction boxes, dedicated to the preparation of electrical wiring harnesses. Built with a robust steel structure, it integrates easily into a production environment.
Using digital files (such as SchemBAT), Rubbox automatically generates and prints personalised labels for each box, guaranteeing reliable and standardised identification.
Essential information such as sheath locations, their names, associated devices, the project, the dwelling and the company logo is clearly shown on each box.
The fast printing system provides marking in just a few seconds while ensuring perfect repeatability, regardless of the operator.

Operating procedure / Operation
| 1 | Load the production file (such as SchemBAT) onto the Rubbox station |
| 2 | Select the project or projects to be processed |
| 3 | Select the junction box displayed on the screen |
| 4 | Apply the personalised label around the junction box |
| 5 | Apply the second identification label to the head of the wiring harness if required |
| 6 | Punch the junction box and store it in its assigned location |
