Installation of a Premium Pack for an electrical prefabrication specialist

A company with around ten employees, faced with a sharp increase in demand, wanted to automate a production process that had previously been entirely manual. The installation of an MS03, a WireFlow 24, suitable unwinding equipment and the Box’up gantry made it possible to structure the workshop quickly. The operators found the solution easy to learn, selection errors were eliminated and production volumes were tripled.

Background and requirements

The client, a company with around 10 employees, manufactured its electrical wiring harnesses entirely by hand. It was facing a significant increase in demand that required higher production rates. The company had never used a pre-wiring machine and its operators had no experience with this type of equipment. The challenge was to implement a simple, intuitive solution that would be operational quickly in order to support the increase in production.

The solution implemented

Within a few months, the client moved from manual production to an automated, structured process. The MS03 achieves an average production rate of 100 sheaths per hour. The WireFlow 24 eliminates wire-selection errors and makes production more reliable. The workshop runs more smoothly thanks to the unwinding equipment and dedicated storage. The Box’up gantry simplifies the unwinding of wire and cable drums. The operators quickly learned to use the solution and the production unit tripled its production volumes.
