Technical specifications

The Box Up gantry is made from 3 mm-thick, 40 mm-wide welded steel tubing. It is 2.20 m high and painted anthracite grey. Box Up is designed to be anchored directly to the floor and is delivered as a kit. It can be assembled by one person using the assembly instructions and a screw-fastening system.

The structure incorporates retaining collars, steel elbows and supports for guide tubes. The tubes are held by the gantry and then grouped towards a central wire guide that presents the different wires to the technician. Each gantry is sized to hold up to 6 drums or 3 pallets.

The wire guide separates electrical wires and brings them to the correct height before they enter the pre-wiring system. It is positioned at the wire inlet of the pre-wiring machine. Its role is to organise the different wires, reduce handling and present them at a convenient height for the operator. Located between the electrical wire boxes and the pre-wiring machine, it consists of a thick plastic guide plate and a steel base. It ensures smooth wire feeding and helps prevent the electrical wires from becoming tangled.
