The carrying trolleys store pre-wired coils in order to organise production flows. Their large storage volume allows them to hold the equivalent of several projects. As the trolley is mounted on castors, it can be moved quickly and follow production flows.
The user can assign a project number and/or wiring-harness number to each rack on the trolley. For every sheath pre-wired by the machine, the identification label matches the sheath with its assigned number, allowing a sheath to be assigned to a rack.

Technical specifications
The Mecaspin carrying trolley is designed to store and organise coils of pre-wired sheaths in the workshop. It can include up to 32 racks, each 700 mm deep and able to hold up to 12 coils, for a total capacity of 192 coils (for a 16-rack model). Its dimensions are 1,750 × 900 × 2,000 mm (for a 16-rack model). Mounted on castors, it can be moved quickly to follow the different stages of the production flow.
Each rack can be identified by a project number, wiring-harness number or any other classification method. The label printed during pre-wiring then associates each sheath with the rack assigned to it. The trolley is compatible with Mecaspin MS01, MS03, MS04 and MSGL machines.
