LN 02

LN02 is a semi-automatic machine dedicated to measuring, cutting and coiling cables or tubes from 0.5 to 35 mm². Controlled from its touchscreen or by production files, it reaches a measuring speed of 2.6 m/s and processes lengths up to 100 m, or 250 m with LN02+. Label or inkjet marking makes it easier to identify and standardise each coil.

LN02 is a cable cutting and coiling machine dedicated to preparing lengths in the workshop. It automatically measures, cuts and coils cables or tubes with cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 35 mm².

Compact and robust, with a welded steel construction, it integrates easily into a production environment.
Using its 22-inch touchscreen, production can be controlled manually or by reading files prepared in advance by the design office. Information relating to the length, project or job can be identified on the cable using a label or inkjet marking.

The system provides cable professionals with precision, throughput, comfort and standardisation.

Operating procedure / Operation

1	Load a production file or list the cuts to be made
2	Place the cable in the measuring system
3	Start the cycle by pressing the green button
4	The machine measures, cuts and then coils the cable
5	Apply the printed identification label to the coil
6	Store the prepared cable in its assigned location
7	Continue production
