The CABBOX is an ergonomic wiring station designed for assembling and packaging junction boxes. The operator positions the sheaths in the wiring bowl, selects the suitable magnetic plate for the box model, and then completes the wiring with all tools within easy reach, in a configuration designed to make each movement smoother and guarantee a more precise, consistent and professional result.

CABBOX goes beyond a simple workstation: plans are loaded onto a touchscreen via the CABBOX software and, in production mode, the folders can be processed automatically in sequence so that wiring jobs can be completed one after another, without interruption or re-entry. This standardises the method and speeds up series production.

For finishing, the rotating bowl naturally assists coiling for repeatable packaging, while the notches and integrated tying area (with cutting at the workstation) allow immediate tying without moving elsewhere. Finally, stripping offcuts and shavings are directed into a collection drawer, keeping the workstation clean and organised.

To adapt to the workshop, CABBOX is mobile on industrial castors, and its ergonomics are enhanced by an adjustable height (sitting/standing positions) and a removable tool holder that makes it easier to organise and handle the workstation.
