O'Rack
Modular cable coil storage rack
The O'Rack is a storage solution specially designed to organise cable coils and offcuts in workshops and production areas. Its vertical storage makes it possible to group a large number of references while limiting the floor space required.
Each coil is positioned on an individual arm so that it remains visible, identifiable and quickly accessible to the operator. The arm positions can be adapted to the different coil sizes in order to make efficient use of the full available height.
Thanks to its modular design, the O'Rack can be expanded gradually by adding new bays. Robust and easy to use, it helps structure storage, save space and simplify day-to-day cable management.

Technical specifications
The O’Rack consists of an all-steel structure made up of vertical frames, crossbars and individual arms designed to hold cable coils.
The arms can be positioned at different heights to adapt the rack to the various formats stored. A slight incline towards the structure helps keep the coils in place.
Its modular design is based on a starter bay, supplemented by additional bays sharing the existing uprights. Additional arms can also be installed to adapt the rack’s capacity and configuration to workshop requirements. The structure is designed to be anchored to the floor to ensure stability.

Operating procedure / Operation
| 1 – Configuration | Determine the quantity, diameter and weight of the coils to be stored in order to define the number and position of the arms. |
| 2 – Arm adjustment | Position the arms on the vertical rails, adapting their height to the dimensions of the different coils. |
| 3 – Identification | Identify the different locations or cable references using the label holders provided on the arms. |
| 4 – Loading | Manually position each coil on its storage arm while respecting the maximum permissible load. |
| 5 – Storage | The coils remain separate, visible and directly accessible to make identification and management easier. |
| 6 – Retrieval | Remove the required coil or take the necessary length of cable according to the organisation adopted in the workshop. |
| 7 – Expansion | Add or reposition arms, or extend the installation with a new bay when storage requirements evolve. |
