Roll’Rack One
The Roll’Rack One is a vertical storage and unwinding solution for small cable drums, allowing several cable references to be grouped within a small floor area.
The cable drums are installed on tubular shafts positioned on height-adjustable supports, making it easy to adapt the rack layout to different drum sizes. The cable can then be unwound directly from its storage position.
Available in several heights from 2 to 3.5 m, the Roll'Rack One offers a simple solution for organising and making the different cable references used in the workshop immediately accessible.

Technical specifications
The Roll’Rack One is a self-supporting steel structure consisting of vertical uprights made from 50 × 40 × 3 mm tubular sections. The adjustable supports allow the shaft positions to be adapted to different cable drum diameters.
The cable drums are mounted on Ø27 mm tubular shafts on the 2 / 2.5 m versions and on Ø27 to 33 mm shafts on the 3 / 3.5 m versions. The maximum capacity is 300 kg per bay.

Operating procedure / Operation
| 1 - Support adjustment | Position the supports at the required height according to the diameter of the cable drums to be installed. |
| 2 - Cable drum preparation | Insert the tubular shaft into the central bore of the cable drum. |
| 3 - Loading | Position the shaft/cable drum assembly on the rack supports. |
| 4 - Securing | On configurations fitted with the anti-dislodgement system, check that the shaft is mechanically locked onto its supports. |
| 5 - Unwinding | Pull the cable directly from the cable drum installed on the rack. |
| 6 - Replacement | Unlock the safety system, remove the shaft and cable drum, then install the new reference. On the system shown in the catalogue, the lever simultaneously releases the anti-dislodgement devices installed on the same vertical upright. |
